The term “You” or “Your” means the individual, user, website visitor and/or business accessing or using the services provided through or by the Company via www.myorchard.com (“Website”) or any other Sites and Apps that links to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and share your Personal Information through the Our Sites and Apps. We will not use or share your Personal Information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of Personal Information collected through Our Sites and Apps shall be limited to the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Information We May Collect

Financial Information is recognized as business ownership percentage, tax identification numbers, proof of address such as a bank statement, business lease or rental contract or utility bill, bank account information (including but not limited to bank name, account holder name, address, routing number, bank number, bank account number, and swift codes), source of wealth/funds, annual income statements, and other information required to complete and continue the sign up and acceptance process for the various offerings or services via our Sites and Apps.
The information we collect about you falls into general categories – Personal Information you provide to us and Personal Information that is collected automatically about you when you use our Sites and Apps that may be gathered from other third parties to provide or effect the services in which you participate in.

We may share your personal information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers- we may share your personal information with Service Providers so that they can provide us with services, including identity verification, fraud detection and prevention, security threat detection, credit bureau verifications, payment processing, customer support, data analytics, information technology, advertising, marketing, data processing, network infrastructure, storage, and transaction monitoring.

- Law Enforcement - under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Information, such as if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity using our service and to store certain information to allow for this tracking to be possible. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information so as to improve and analyze our service, assist in preventing malicious activity, and assist with maintaining our Sites and Apps.

The Company will move and retain information in the form of Data anonymization. Data Anonymization is the process of protecting private or sensitive information by erasing or encrypting identifiers that connect an individual to stored data.

We have a “no spam policy” and provide you with the ability to opt-out of our communications by selecting the unsubscribe link at the footer of all emails or through your profile preferences in the Sites and Apps. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) by never sending out misleading information.
